Students are always so full of energy on special days at school, especially Valentine’s Day. Allow them to express that energy positively by playing fun games. Here are three examples of games your students will love:

Valentine’s Day Bingo: Create bingo cards with Valentine’s Day-themed pictures or words. Then, use candy hearts or M&Ms. The one above from Eighteen25 could be used with student pictures for a fun twist on the usual game of Bingo! Get the template here for free.

Find the Missing Hearts: This one is simple. Just cut out different sized paper hearts and number them. Then hide them all around the room. Have students work in partners or teams to see who can find the most hearts!

Valentine’s Day Pictionary: Come up with a list of Valentine’s Day-themed words or phrases like the ones here from My Party Games. Divide the students into teams. Have one student from each team pick a word or phrase and draw it on the board or a large sheet of paper while their team guesses what it is. Set a time limit for each round, and have the students take turns drawing.
